Can you name another time the NFL checked the psi of footballs during a game?
Serious question. If the Pats and Chiefs both set their footballs to 12.5 psi before the game last weekend, and then played the game in 14 degree temperatures, do you think the footballs were still 12.5 psi at the end of the game?

I believe they're checked before the game every game. If shenanigans are suspected, that would probably warrant the follow up testing. Which is when your guy was caught cheating.
I would encourage you to read the initial thread where this conversation began and apologize if you're able (you won't). I simply stated my opinion that I didn't consider Bellichick and Brady to be GOATs due to their well documented history of cheating. I was then attacked by Bell, called ignorant and hypocritical. Okay...so I read it. I saw two guys disagreeing about the Patriots. I didn't see any "attacks"....I saw disagreements. "Hypocrisy" is the extent of the offending terms.

I will say balls usually deflate faster when taken to the locker room for that specific purpose AFTER having been tested before the game.
I took steroids when I played baseball but it didn't do anything special for me. I had a game where I hit a grand slam home run, a 3 run home run, a 2 run home run, and a solo homer. The 5th time I walked and I proceeded to steal second, third, and home. Somewhere in baseball heaven Babe Ruth and Ty Cobb were smiling. I then took a shower, jogged home and then cleaned the whole house and read 2 chapters of my favorite Tom Clancy novel.
