I live 1,500 miles from the nearest HEB, and have been forced to learn how to make my own sausage. Currently I use the Chuds BBQ website for recipes, but after three years, those are getting boring. Does anyone have a go-to website, that has recipes for Cen-Tex equivalent sausage recipes?
