This guy had Cancer and he beat it !eat for now, so he does this to make people happy, all the people in the Bluff honk and wave when they go by..he was 2 doors down at corner but , Cops run him off cause he was stopping traffic with people waiving at him and the Manager at Domino's got pissed at what the Cops and gave the kid a job holding the sign out front, people tired to give him money and he refuses, " Says a smile and a wave is enough payment...some Goodness left in the world!
