New felt installed 15 months ago, little play on felt since installed.
Comes with all accessories, including table cover, 15 ball rack, 9 ball rack, table brush, extra tips, extra cue chalk, hand chalk with wall mount, cues, cheater stick, and wall rack.
Table will need to be professionally moved, as it is currently located in our second floor game room. The only reason we are selling is that we are relocating and have no place for this table in our new city. We are relocating back to Austin, and the housing market there doesn't allow for us to have a separate game room. We are not moving for a couple of months so no urgency to sell.
