A few more updates...
a. The Greensboro, Georgia defensive tackle described the weekend as a really good visit. Loved the opportunities that UT presents outside of football as much as anything football related,
b. Plans to visit Florida State next weekend. Said that he's not locked into staying in-state and shouldn't be automatically viewed as a Georgia commit waiting to happen.
c. Said that Texas is a very strong contender for him at the moment.
a. Kelshaun Johnson mentioned thathe had a very good visit and the Texas staff gave him a lot to think about.
b. There's a definite sense that this is a Texas vs. Texas A&M battle.
a. The Texas commit loved his official visit and reports that he is 100% locked in.
b. Loved being able to explore the city and seeing more of Austin.
a. Said the Longhorns emerged from this visit as his No.1 school.
b. Loved the plan they showed him as an inside/outside linebacker that could even play some safety.
c. Will likely cancel his Kansas visit scheduled for next weekend and replace it with a trip to Missouri.
