There's a good chance he didn't sign it. The story goes that his coach faxed the LOI to Baylor without Patrick's knowledge.
Hey guys, lets assume we get Hudson, Martin and Duvernay . . . Cobb and Urquidez go elsewhere. Where would this put our 2016 class in the national rankings? Has anyone seen anything on that? It would have to be #7 or #8 right?? 
Class is ranked #9 with Devin Duvernay. Sounding more and more like we may very well get all 5, but I just have a hard time believing that happens. I originally thought we'd get Hudson, Cobb, and Donovan. But hearing positive things on Kam, and JP. I just would rather pass on those two and get some extra talent in the '17 class.
Can I ask why you (and others) aren't that high on JP? From what I've read, it sounds like he absolutely busted his ass over the last 12+ months and transformed himself from a pudgy doughboy into someone in outstanding shape for his position. Also sounds like he busted his ass on the field as well. I wonder if some of the skepticism is just based on outdated information.
I'm really surprised you guys took him. I guess you can't have to much oline depth.
I'm not. His junior film and senior film look like two totally different players.
I didn't see it that way when watching his sr film, but people can disagree and he's a kid your staff obviously wanted so good pick up.
Well since you don't like him and you are so unbiased in your view then.....We need to call Strong and tell him that pooch thinks he is not a take! Whether he becomes and All-American or bust it is not because of what pooch the aggy has to say. A broken clock is right more often than an aggy.
Thanks for letting me know that my opinion of a player has never been a determining factor on if they become an all American or not...truly breaking news.

He plays high but fits the offense Texas is now running so there is that Pooch.
Hudson and Bowen were the only guys I was interested in. So Hudson ending up in Austin would sting but other than that it wouldn't affect me either way. Out of the five I don't believe we had any interest in any other than Hudson. Hudson, Cobb and duverny are really good adds if you get them IMO. Not a fan of jp or kam. I don't believe Bowen qualified but I'm not sure
My issue is he is slow, un athletic and doesn't have very good feet. These things stand out when I watched his sr film. I do like his size, really good upper body strength, and plays with an attitude.
Are those 2 are the only ones you were interested in or that's from the aggys coach? I think your would want them all
