Oh, really? Joe Lewis and Muhammed Ali were the 2 best boxers of all time. I think Jack Johnson is there with them, but never saw him box.

Ali was definitely good but personally I think he was more famous than he was a great boxer. Hell of a showman but that's just me.

All I know is she went to the World Heavyweight Champion's hotel room at 4:00 AM. She wasn't going to play Yahtzee. She knew with Mike's reputation all she had to do was say rape, and everyone would believe it. She was lookin' to get paid.

Trust me, we're on the same page with that but I try to have faith with the court findings wether I agree or not. Without 1st hand knowledge it's all I can go with other than my opinion which ain't worth a lick.

OK I give you that and will not argue it. I never saw him fight, but people that know the fight game well told me that nobody, but nobody could come close to Marcianos power.
One told me that anyone that ever fought him was ever the same.....he just busted em up. I am not just talking about knocking them cold...I was told that when a guy blocked his punches with a forearm, blood vessels were crushed and nerve damage ensued.

I just simply did not want Tyson mixed in with the truely great ones. Tyson was one of the best, just not one of the greatest.

I agree with you 100%. I saw an old picture of a hockey goalie before facemasks were required.....oh man.....you old timers were some tuff sum bitches!
Tyson's claim to fame was the unreal power he put into his punches. That's where this whole Tyson debate started in this thread. Not the greatest boxer but definitely had the hardest modern day punch.

Im gonna have to go with Ivan Drago....yeah that dude was on PED's but he was a machine.....one bad match against Rocky Balboa and the guy was never heard from again in the boxing world.
