I just found out my closest cousin killed himself. He & I were same age and grew up together. We talked all the time. He lost his wife to Covid a few years ago. He has a daughter. He never once let on he was having problems. We haven’t seen each other in a while but talked all the time. My heart is broken right now. Please, you are having mental problems and feel like the only way out, tell someone. Let people help you!
