Thoughts on the draft?

I think a lot of rivals will point at the draft as a negative for Texas, but honestly this draft has very little to do with Tom Herman and Co. They can't be fairly judged based on draft success for at least 2 more years.
What can be said, as you stated above, is that this team had a lot of success without having legit NFL talent in the Junior and Senior Classes. 2 Maybe 3 guys that are getting drafted on day 3, yet we won 10 games and beat some really good teams in the process.
I agree with those who said Gary Johnson and your Dlineman Omenihu are good players. Not sure why they’re not drafted yet.
Two TX Longhorn starting at cb for the Minnesota Vikings? Maybe. Oh wait Holton Hill has just been suspended for the first 4 games because of ped. First it's marijuana now it's steroids. Why oh way Holton?

Somebody on this board posted about Holton making the Vikings as a fa. He was a good player. So I looked him up and found out that earlier this month he was suspended.
The problem for Texas..... Forever we dominated the little bitch swc and that included the dick suckers up north. For too long outright cheating has been allowed to kill our recruiting base. Something needs to be done.... we either leave the dwarfs behind or cheat x10. CDC better figure this out quickly.
Figure what out exactly? Are you not pleased with our current trajectory and recent recruiting?
We still need to improve but I'm not sure Herman could be doing much better in that regard. It takes more than 2 seasons to fill out a roster top to bottom and even longer to see it pay off in the draft.

Texas is gonna be great again soon I hope and to tell ya the real truth, I don't give a shit about who went 1st or 34th round in the draft, all I care about is now, these young men that are trying to get us there, Texas needs to go back to the old ways and get what we want at what it takes to get them, everybody else is doing just that, I could give a shit about Boyd or the rest of them that went to NFL, , I care about the Sam's, the Casey's and the others that's gonna get us there right now, the ones that went early found out they was worth as much as somebody told them they were, My advice is "Stay in school" and Ge better than you are now, just because you have a good season don't mean shit about next season, I still think about Roy Williams starting out the best then his last season didn't give a shit and drops so many balls, and the Sweed, he busted out, only thing he ever done besides catch a few passes was catch the one at OHS from VY, that was his only claim to fame in his career and was still dropping them in the NFL, so F yesterday's season as its gone and don't count no more, this season is what we are looking for to make us the best...and F*ck OU and Hurts and Riley and their ****ing Water boy!
Shouldn't the team that wins the Super Bowl get the number one draft choice. I do not like this socialist and loser draft system.
Socialism wouldn't be a good analogy, and the long term viability of a pro sport with a draft like you suggest would be threatened. You like it better this way you just don't realize it.
The head coaches who did these kids evals are gone. 3 more years to entirely wash Charlie Strong off the program.
