Last week’s stories of CBS Executives staging an intervention with Tony Romo the broadcaster and Tom Brady retiring and likely supplanting Greg Olsen on Fox #1’s team got me to thinking about all these broadcaster-related questions.
1) Is Romo worse than his predecessor, Phil Simms? I used to hate Simms but Romo might be worse.
2) If Brady does bump Olsen, who I think is really good, how do you think TB12 will be as a broadcaster?
3) Last week also taught me that a large group of fans don’t like Troy Aikman. That shocked me. I think Aikman is excellent.
4) I wonder if Colt McCoy goes into broadcasting or coaching after he hangs em up. I’d bet he’d be good at either one.
5) Another benefit for the UT Fan with Texas going from the Big 12 to the SEC is no more noted UT hater f***ing Tim Brando. This is not being talked about enough.
