2. 1969 Jame Street 4th and 3 to Randy Peschel 44 yards aganst Arkansas in the Game of the Century
3. 2025 Quinn Ewers 4th and 13 TD to Matt Golden against Arizona St to advance to Semi finals of the CFP and the OT TD pass the Gunner Helm
4. 1996 James Brown 4th and 1 to Derrick Lewis 61 yards to beat Nebraska for the first Big 12 Championship.
5. 2009 Fiesta Bowl Colt McCoy to Quan Cosby with 24 seconds left to Beat Ohio St.

Tried to go from memory and importance of the win. I'm sure some of you can come up with some others and rearrange order (except for the top two)

If VY doesn’t scramble for a 1st down on 4th & 18 against Kansas with a minute left, Texas doesn’t go to the Rose Bowl and beat Michigan. At the least, I’d put this in a 3-way tie for 5th with Colt’s pass in the Fiesta Bowl, and Dusty Mangum’s kick to beat Michigan in the Rose Bowl.

But, that’s just me…
