And he's still terrible. He's overthrowing everything. Just missed an easy 6 on a deep ball. Throws his out routes with no zip. Throws the underneath route and the curl short so the receiver has to come back behind the sticks.
He hasn't improved one iota.

He's 20-31 for 300 and the 11 he's missed on were potentially big plays.

Now raise your hand if you defended his sh!t sandwich arm....

Oh look---- with a four point lead, Thompson throws a pick setting NW up in scoring position.......

I have seen this movie before.

Yeah. He missed a lot of deep balls last year, and he’s done the same thing so far today. He played well at times last year, and jacking up his thumb certainly didn’t help him last year, but it’s also easy to see why sark was ok with moving on from him as well.

You remember how when you first discovered your dick, and you were learning how it worked? Trying to figure it out... really awkward with it? Didn't know how to handle it properly.

That's Casey Thompson playing QB.

Casey Thompson is going to singlehandedly lose this game for Nebraska.

Scott Frost is getting fired.

Casey looks meh as QB just like last year. Too many big mistake plays.

Yeah. I’m not sure Frost really is a bad coach I mean he built that UCF program from the ground up literately Nebraska has done nothing for the last 20-25 years. I just think the landscape of college football has shifted and some of the programs that won big in the 80’s not sure you can win big there today Nebraska is one of those.

Look around...... we are headed that way.

Rocketed the ball 10 yards and went right through the WR hands into a pick...also a pass that was behind the WR.

Since I defended Casey, I guess I will respond. So, Casey lost the game? Are we going to count every incompletion that every qb makes? I defended Casey last year because he was the most experienced Texas qb. Believe me, I respect your knowledge man, but, I read your posts all the way down this thread and there is too much exaggeration to stomach, even for me.

I got rudiculed on this board last year for saying Casey wasn’t a very good QB.

I did because I really wanted him to succeed at NB. For all of his faults I blame the ol more than Sarkisian.

I thought I was being pretty fair. His first half was better than I expected but I had that bar pretty low. As I said-- at one point he was 20-31 300 yds-- and he BADLY missed a for sure TD with an overthrow. Surely you saw that.
Then he throws two picks. He consistently threw crossing routes behind guys. I could physically see it in his body language when he was in trouble (mentally). When he missed badly on the wide open long touchdown-- he was done mentally. It was all downhill at that point.
For some reason Thompson struggles if he misses a deep ball opportunity. I don't get it.

I definitely won’t defend some of his bad throws, but I was referring to blaming Casey for singlehandidly losing the game. Nebraska’s defense has major problems. Frost will probably be fired for a reason in mid Ocober. Also, I disagree with the last interception. The receiver should have caught it. He wasn’t sprinting across where a slight throw behind is difficult. Watch the replay.

Casey just couldn't get through his bad coaches no fault of his own.

Looks like you guys won’t have any problems with the Huskers. Their defense is unbelievably slow. Ochaun Mathis was irrelevant. It is too premature, but the hype for him may have been overblown. .

Will see in three weeks. BV and the OU D probably licking their chops now. But nothing in Lincoln has been easy for OU since 1957. And even that one was close as I recall.
