What to do about the Banda?

We could shut it down and hire Rices band for half the cost of maintaining the Longhorn band with less BS...LOL! or purge all the Nay Sayers outa it and open tryouts for new people who would be happy to be in it, all the ones who could not make the band would be happy to come back, someones gotta stop them somehow....I just can't figure why the Alumni did not step up? Of all the Alumni days we had them play...or maybe its just Tortilla throwing time....
