Congress & Legislatures across America are set to begin discussions about "amending the constitution" to allow for Presidents who have served non consecutive terms to be eligible for a 3rd term. Now, my confusion is with regard to the fact that Donald J Trump is a Nazi Fascist Dictator. Why does he need such an "amendment" when as a Nazi Fascist Dictator he has the power to deem it so?
