I have a 3200 sq. Ft home that is 2 levels. I have two nest thermostats, upper stairs and dow stairs. My AC unit is 3 1/2 tons. Unit works on a damper system. 4 year old home both builder and AC company say unit is more than enough by regulation standards. House can't cool and unit runs 23 hours per day. Advice or options?
