Seems like for the last couple of weeks we've had dust, tree pollen, and or grass pollen at higher than normal levels. (Houston area, but maybe others too?)
Mostly coughing more than sneezing.
Any else suffering?
Any tips other than staying indoors?
For me, staying hydrated by drinking water first thing in the morning and then throughout the day seems to help.
