Watching UNC getting beat by Miami ahead of the Texas/ttu game. Weird to see Dean Smith arena as quiet as the old Erwin Center. Never heard it so quiet.
Another example of a guy taking over a team and catching lightning in a bottle. Hubert Davis inherited a decent roster from Roy Williams, and had a great run in the tournament last year. Now ...

I didn’t watch the game today, still cutting up branches from the ice storm, but we won today. Against blowu. The last place team in the conference. At home. In OT. By two points.
I have no idea how they played, but gave up 80+ points.

i attended the game. brock atoned for his monday-- got us going offensively early, and made several glue guy brock plays throughout. SJR is still my favorite player and mae some huge shots. marcus carr is outstanding every time we need him to be. oklahoma played like they needed to win, and maybe they did need to. if you're looking for pimples, we had several momentum free throws, if that makes sense, that we missed to let them hang around. we need to lock down rebounds in clutch moments-- it allowed them to tie it up to put it into overtime, and it nearly allowed them to tie it up to send it to double OT. when we were icing the game, we got the ball into hunter instead of my favorite Longhorn icer ever...again... SJR. usually when a team hits a shot to send it to OT, the emotional swing for the team that was leading makes it hard for them to rise back up-- we looked like a mature team again.

for those that are watching for this sort of thing, the ovation for rodney terry gets louder every game. i don't know if that will play into cdc's decision, or if a decision has already been made. but it's something. the crowd supports the coach.

It was an ugly win but nonetheless a win. I’ll take that over a loss any day.

We finish the season against 4 ranked opponents, the Big 12 and NCAA Tournament. This is when he will earn the trust, or fans will turn.

Teeth of the season coming up. One way or another it will be interesting to see how it turns out.

Starting off the game against ISU with sloppy play. We need to be better than this. Next thing these guys know, they will be in game one of the NCAA's and down by 15.

This has been a beat down of a pretty good team. I thought the team looked a little flat and tired the last couple games. The effort and energy has been back tonight.

This Texas team is fun to watch. They play good defense, pass the ball fairly well, and they play hard all game. Best of all, they don’t have glaring bad habits like turnovers or launching 3s at will. I mean, every now and then somebody takes a dumb one, but not often

I don’t know if Rodney Terry will get the full time job here, but he’s definitely coached his way in to a power 5 job somewhere. Good for him. Got an unexpected opportunity and has made the most of it so far.

We still have a shot at the 1 seed if we win out. Gonna be tough to do though. All ranked teams left.

Winning at Baylor and TCU is a tall task then KU at home. If we get 2/3, I'll be shocked. There is a lot of pressure on #1 seeds but we have a veteran team. Seeding will come down to the conference tournament.

I’d be surprised if we get out of these next 3 2-1 or better.

Right now they have Kansas a one seed, Texas and Baylor a two seed, K state a three seed with Iowa State, tcu a 6th seed.
I think a 2 seed is perfectly fine for us. A 1 seed brings some pressure to blow out the 15 seed. If you only win by 5-6 points it’ll ruin your psyche.

However, I think we were a 2 seed when we lost to ACU under Shaka. So never mind.

The 1 seed plays the 16 seed.

There really isn’t much difference between a 2 and a 1 practically speaking. Either way we’re sitting in a good spot. I don’t think we will fall below 2. Our resume is just too strong. Only KU has more quad 1 wins than we do.

#8Texas 22-6 vs #9Baylor 20-8(-4) today in Waco, 1pm cst. Should be a good one.

Given Kansas remaining schedule. Probably have to win the next two to create a winner take all game in Austin next weekend. Baylor has been playing as well as anyone in the country the last few weeks.

I like these uniforms so much better than those ugly flairy design shorts

baylor has also been on fire, and other than disu, none of our guys are hitting anything. one of those games. i'll keep watching because this team has a knack for doing great things down the stretch.

Looked bad today. That's on Terry.

Dick Vitale needs to shut up. He knows that Terry will likely flop down the stretch. DO NOT sign Terry to any deal. Shaka 2.0.

Really? I didn’t see Terry missing those shots. Adjustments, sure. But not making plays, that’s on the players.
You may have mentioned who you want before, can’t remember. Who is it?
