We have a short family trip to Boston 7/6-7/11. Staying in North end. Planning to do whale watching, catch a game at Fenway other possibilities are museums and some of the freedom trail.
I have only been once briefly for work over 15 years ago so not a ton of experience. Any recs on can’t miss spots? Family of 4, kids 14 and 10.
Sports museum at the garden looks interesting
Science museum has strong reviews
My son thought the tea party museum and reenactments sounded interesting.
We considered cape cod or Martha’s vinyard but it is such a short trip and I just read there are a ton of beach closures there due to bacteria.
Any can’t miss restaurants? (won’t be getting lobster as both adults have shellfish allergies not certain about the kids).
