No one predicted a final four. Tech's team was built by beard except for a few transfers. Shaka left beard with nothing in typical shaka fashion. Tech coach will run it a ground in a few years and beard will be on top and the crybabies in this thread can eat sh1t.

I remember chuck only needed one more year to get it done (per Ryan). Beard will have completed the rebuild in year 1.

There were two 3's that missed so bad they went in --- one from the corner that hit the front of the rim, bounced straight up and went in, and the other from the top of the key that hit right in the middle of the backboard and rim, taking the speed off of the ball and allowing it to roll in. Tech is really good, but those shots don't fall every night. Last night was their night.

It’s true we don’t have a true point guard, but we do have options that are better than what we’ve been doing. We started to see a little of it last night. Hopefully Beard has seen the light and we will see more of it.

Sorry if already posted.

I saw that TT students camped out for 4 days leading up to the game. I read that most of those kids that greeted the TX bus were drunken frat boys. And they're proud of what they did. I hope we can pay them back in 2 weeks.
 
So playing Iowa state right now. Seeing they had a 10-4 lead and now trailing 14-11. Looks like offense stalled again.
 
Good run to start the game, terrible middle of the half, strong end of the half. Texas leads 25-23 at halftime. Gotta get this win. Not many wins left on the schedule.
 
Double digit lead and holding the Cyclones to 33% shooting. ISU won't score 13 for the rest of the game. Defense travels. Every game.
 
This has been one of the most complete halves of basketball this team has played. Good bounce back game. Now quick turn around for big game against KU Monday

Meanwhile, Aggie basketball has now lost 6 in a row. Funny how Aggies were confident they had a tournament team during the preseason. Their bag men must be asleep at the switch when it comes to basketball recruiting.

Great game so far KU up 3. Been close all night. Texas gonna have to keep hitting shots to pull this one out.
 
We go through stretches where we settle for questionable shots. They get the most out of every possession. Every one. They'll win. But we're competing and it doesn't look fluky.
