You know there's a lot of aggy in Houston, especially downtown. I see them every day!
If that's the law, I get it. I am just trying to figure out how that law hasn't been applied to known hate groups who are constantly hiding behind the 1st amendment?
It's all subjective. Is the kk k and westboro directing their comments at someone directly, as this coward did. Maybe racist signs and indirect comments are not viewed the same. I'm no lawyer either, so I don't know.

1. Aggies will swear up and down that Orangebloods and Chip Brown falsely report things to influence recruiting. While Brown has been wrong about a few things, he doesn't blatantly try to make himself a player in recruiting the way that Liucci does. OB is not in anyway endorsed by Texas, while TexAgs is basically just an outlet for Aggie hype coming straight from the athletic department. The members use A&M credentials to log in and off of the site, to "verify" that they are really students or alumni.
2. TexAgs kicks off any poster who is deemed to be saying negative things about the football program, and they regularly delete entire threads if they aren't pro aggie enough. This explains why you see a blog of thousands of people and not a single word about this incident.
3. BONEHEADS of the world: stop sending people threatening communications and claiming you have hired a lawyer. Once you have hired a lawyer, he does the communicating for you. You would not contact someone and tell them you had hired a lawyer, bc the lawyer would do that for you!

There are multiple other threads to discuss Baylor, and yet you attempt to hijack this thread about an Aggie who made a horrific mistake (or revealed a horrific character flaw) into "at least we're not as bad as BU." You know it, and if you don't you should enroll in that class covering racial sensitivities which your school had to start offering after Dallas high school students were insulted with racial slurs this spring by one of your fellow ags, on your campus. Not exactly sure what we are supposed to do. I think this guy is a sad piece of shit. If it is legal, kick him out of school. If it is not, what can be done? All very large groups of people has liars and bigots. Saying get rid of all liars and bigots in a group of 50K is like asking for peace in the middle east. Texas has liars and bigots as well.
