Daniel Figurelli -- shaggy exposes/destroys aggy POS sending racist tweets to recruits as Texas fan

Attention all aggys that post regularly on this board:

I ain't mad at you-- provided you've gotten on here and voiced your displeasure with this piece of human trash Daniel Fugarelli.

However------- his Twitter handles have been using "official Texas a@m" logos and even claims to be "endorsed" or at least signed off on- by aggy athletics. I have not seen (until today) anyone on "official" Texas aggy websites that are disavowing this clown. The very LEAST the school and athletic department can do is release a statement saying they have zero affiliation with the racist, homophobe Daniel Figurelli.

But they haven't, and I don't think they will. Why? Because it puts a cloud (albeit an unflattering one though not their fault) over their head. Better to just ignore it and hope it dies a quick death. But people like me aren't going to let this go. This is inexcusable.

One funny post I saw was by an aggy saying "well, he went to undergrad at Univ of Houston so he not a reeeeaaaal aggy."...........

If it were openly celebrated, where is the Aggie support for this guy? It's non existent. Just like all the other times. We don't condone this crap....even though we get accused of doing so.

I don't.

When I first read the responses to him, I thought it was harsh. Then you read all that he has said and done. And the continual lies when caught red handed. And the deflection. Not at all owning his mistakes. And he went out of the way to do all this.

Classic narcissist and he deserves the repercussions of his actions. Don't care if he loses his job or his girl leaves him. I wouldn't blame her one bit. Don't stay around crazy. And to think he has/had some sort of financial career. The dude is the kind of guy that would end up in jail for coloring outside the lines and stealing or embezzling other peoples $. And acting like it wasn't all that bad.

On May 4th 2015 this tool posted on his Facebook page "I plan to start my graduate studies in either accounting or equity and energy trading in the spring at either University of Houston or University of Texas." Guess it didn't work out for him; he ended up in the aggie MBA program.

There is also a picture of him posing with Applewhite after a Houston Cougars football game.

There are racists at A&M and other schools, and you are obsessed with them. We got it.
 
It's been my experience. I'm married to an aggy and have been to that shit stain of a town dozens of times.

And of course your school has to come out publicly and condemn aggy klan members when they run off black high school students in the light of day. It's called PR. The racism exhibited by aggys both in real life and on the internet is the salient factor here though. Again, not saying all aggys are racist, but racists obviously feel welcome in the a&m culture. It's a haven for that sort.

I could point out all of the racist nicknames your fans have given our black players, your students harassing minorities on your campus in other instances (shooting them with bb guns and the like), etc.

Back in 2005. It's not like aggy racism is new or anything. It's always been there.

A recent rash of attacks on international students in the Northgate area aren't necessarily a coincidence, a panel of Texas A&M University student leaders and faculty members said Monday.

The four incidents that have been reported since June seem to be part of a culture of intolerance that still survives today at the university, they said.

4 years in engineering classes and a year of internship (co-op) in Houston. 5 years total. Paid out of my back pocket.

Every Aggie who has posted anything about this has condemned it. But you're all selectively ignoring that. Just taking any chance you might to remind everyone how racist A&M's students are.

I could easily dig up a dozen similar articles about incidents at the bastion of enlightened in Austin. Let's not kid ourselves.

We both pull the same kids from the same towns in Texas. We both have sh!theads make fools of themselves and do racist or otherwise offensive stuff. I don't think it is institutional at either place. And I blame the kids....and their parents....not the schools.

The Daniel dude is a POS. The kids who yelled at black students were aholes. Just like the bleach bombers and the aholes that spray paint MLK..... they are all denounced by pretty much everyone on campus.

Birds of a feather flock together amirite? if you were an engineer you do understand the difference in 1% and 90%? Every school will have a racist.......every school does not have the high percentage aggy does.....and no I don't think 90% of aggys are racists..at least I hope not.

I think what Scholz is saying....without directly speaking FOR Scholz is this-

He's heard, as have I, SOME aggys say or do things over the years that were in poor taste. Perfect first hand example for me was.....I was a groomsman at an aggy wedding and I sat at a table at one point with some "old army" aggys that were talking about the hire of Sumlin. The consensus among these older men was that "Sumlin was a n****r, but He's OUR n****r....". That's a direct quote from one of the 8 old men at that table. That's a "wink and a nod" good ol' boy, fireside chat. Did it surprise me? No, not really. Did I stick around and chat? No I made up some excuse about needing another beer and left the table--- I was a guest after all.

The reason so many of us are Uber pissed about this is not just because of the words he used.....not just because of whom he targeted...... but the fact that he tried to represent himself as one of US. The feeling I'm getting from my aggy friends is "oh, ya--- that dude. He's a piece of trash. Blah blah- one bad apple- blah blah.....". So I follow up with, " Sooooo you're not AS pissed as you'd be if someone on our side dud this to ya'll?"

Well hell ya we'd be mad! We'd be pissed! You guys don't need any help recruiting!".

So there it is. Does aggy condemn his actions? Well, um, ya of course. But because he took a jab at TEXAS, it doesn't make it more forgivable, it just means aggy won't be "up in arms" about it. If he'd have pulled that crap with your new room mates, alabama, lsu, you guys would be doing everything possible to kick this choade to the curb so as not to draw the ire of your new landlords.

No one's ignoring that. It's the fact that you can count on one hand the aggy who have said anything at all about it that's troubling.

And, no, that wouldn't be the case if roles were reversed. If a UT student were doing this despicable sh*t, he'd have plenty of people on "his side" (as aggy seems to think of it) working to get his ass thrown out of school.

I'm torn here... I hate to condemn somebody over the internet without good, solid proof of guilt, e.g. Sunil Tripathi. I'm also against most social-media lynch mobs, e.g. Walter Palmer. These two guys got in the way of bored people online who were misdirected and heavyhanded, respectively.

Buuuut then again I hate racism too and this guy seems like a total douche bro, so I'm kind of ok with what's going on. If he's actually guilty, that is, which the evidence is leaning towards.
