There are many differences but the one that stands out to me is how this has turned into a "Big Splash" hire.
Charlie couldnt really turn the tide right away and ended up filling out his first class with some 3 star guys and got labeled 3 star charlie. Poona was the only real flip he got right away that mattered.
Herman got a couple 4 star guys then started wrecking shop. Literally and figuratively.
Time to sit back and relax and remember what its like to matter in college football again.
