Historic win against the Irish!!!

I need to find the reverse angle as that shows it was shoulder to shoulder first and then slid up.

Watching the replay at full speed there is no real ground for targeting NOT being called.
My son, who played cornerback in high school, disagrees with me. He thinks that it should not have been considered targeting because the rule is unclear. He said it's too subjective as to whether a receiver is vulnerable, and that the receiver dropped his head as the defender approached - hence the shoulder to helmet contact. If the receiver had caught the pass, is he still vulnerable? Hard to say, but it's great fodder for whining Aggies. :). Was Shane Buchele targeted when he threw that interception? It looked a little like a late hit that wasn't called. Who knows?

In the game thread I said it wasn't targeting but I guess you were too busy hiding under the bed at that moment to realize. However when you look at it from the angle presented above, there is clearly helmet to helmet contact made but the shoulder makes contact about the same time so the refs called it the way they did. But don't act like it is clearly not helmet to helmet because it's really damn close and could have gone either way. Again I called it during real game time as not targeting while you and Scholz where nowhere to be found but here you both are full of bravado AFTER the game, who would have guessed?

I realize that for some bizarre reason you think that people should pay attention to your asinine gibberish, but you should know that those of us busy cheering on our team in DKR could not give one scintilla of a runny sh*t what a Sooner message board troll (or anyone else) has to say about the game in progress.

He's honestly not bright enough to understand this.

It's awfully odd you and Scholz happen to show up at the same time on this board tonight trying to take jabs at me. I think we have a few common sock puppets goin on here.

No, I have an IQ in the triple digits, mouth breather.
Care to admit you have a couple of sock puppets on here too?
You're really not good at this and it's pretty obvious at times, good grief.

I see a lot of posting from you here tonight btw, bell but you're avoiding the rankings thread like the plague. What a frontrunning coward you are. =)roll

Avoiding what? I said I have no problems with the rankings whatsoever and think Texas should be ranked higher than OU. Can you not read?

I know you okies expect dishonesty since that's your nature but no. Ha.

I can read fine. I've read you posting nonstop about rankings until now, coward.

For every victory I would like to see the team surf Charlie to the Student Section and then surf up and down the Student Section. Get everyone involved. That is great for recruiting, great for the students and just plain fun.
