I just received an email saying that my subscription had been renewed today for $69.95. That's $20 more than last year. I called and a guy said "in the terms of your agreement-it renewed at the same price". Well that's wrong. I said I'd like to cancel. He said the charge ($69.95) would stay if it's even for 1 day. I contacted corporate customer service. They said too bad. I called Chase to dispute the charge. I'm not asking for likes or responses. Just letting you guys know.
