Look at Jaylon Ford cracking the mid-season All Big XII, that has been a nice surprise.
I had a hard time finding anyone playing better. It's a real list of non standouts.

My man crush on Ewers is close to surpassing Ricky and Vince. It’s that sweet release. Just feels like something special is always about to happen when he drops back.
Nothing wrong with this post.Good column, good list.
I agree with you that #1 is clear and then it’s sort of a free for all. I’d have included Just the Way You Are and Goodnight Saigon, which I think brilliant in its way. But it’s a matter of taste and, as always, when and how any song entered your life
They can't afford to go into the SEC reeling.Venables probably doesn’t have the luxury of playing the coordinator firing card. Lebby has Ana excellent reputation and Venables gets the blame for defensive struggles.
They are reeling into the SEC as we speak ……. Lincoln Riley deserves a T Ring. They can't afford to go into the SEC reeling.
The toughest game(s) that Texas plays the rest of the way are the ones refereed by "Goggles". It's hard for Texas to win when that POS is involved. In terms of difficulty, it probably looks like this...
(Sell) They'll transfer somewhere they think they can definitely play. I'm not so sure that's at Texas at this point.
Both could have easily have made it. I defo overlooked the former. We didn’t start the fire?
The River of Dreams?
I think both are top 10
Just not one of my favorites.Goodnight Saigon has to be in his top 10. Non starter.
I agree.Ketch, Whittington and Overshown just don’t get enough press. Fix that!!! They are both playing lights out
Hasn’t Jaylon Guilbeau played enough to burn his shirt? Just askingHas to be.
yup, good catch.Hasn’t Jaylon Guilbeau played enough to burn his shirt? Just asking
I don’t see how they rebound after the 49-0 blowout. They have to turn it around quickly or regret making the move to the SEC. Could this be the beginning of the end for Ou’s run? They can't afford to go into the SEC reeling.
And looks good I might add when he’s on the fieldyup, good catch.
2007Really enjoyed reading the column. Totally agree on the Sanders part, and you could really make a case for about a half dozen guys for offensive MVP. When was the last time we had that kind of talent.

I still can't stop thinking about the ball he dropped into Ja'Tavion Sanders' breadbasket for a touchdown at the end of the second quarter against OU. This is what it looks like when a mega-talent at quarterback goes boom.
A rebuild in year 1 into the SEC for a coach’s first year there is going to be a tough task…They can't afford to go into the SEC reeling.
Almost makes it seem like the Pirate might be the right call…A rebuild in year 1 into the SEC for a coach’s first year there is going to be a tough task…
Mark Stoops or Heupel???Almost makes it seem like the Pirate might be the right call…
