The better your roster the less likely a portal kid will help. We had a deficiency in LB/DE, DB and speed at WR/RB. I think there will always be a few slots but, I don't know that you save 5. I'd think 2-3.

In general portal kids are "moving down" or a late developer ie mid major kids wanting to play P5. How many portal kids did Clemson, Alabama, Ohio State, Georgia, Oklahoma take?
