Netflix series "Godless"

Like with Queen Gambit, I‘ve watched the last episode a couple of times.

Just finished Godless after recs from the board. I'll echo others. I thought it was excellent. I'd have said outstanding through episode 6, but I felt like episode 7 was a letdown. Very disjointed, and many of the scenes felt like a caricature of westerns. I'm pretty sure 80 of Griffin's 30 men were killed in that final gun fight, where they wisely stood in the middle of the street letting women shoot them dead for 23 minutes without it dawning on them to maybe take cover. The last episode was 2-stars IMO. The the others were all 4-5 stars. Well worth a watch.

How do you know how those men would react? You do that often?

The previews look good and also a fan of the western. If you want to see the best cable series of all time, watch DEADWOOD. 4 full seasons of genius.
Well that is your opinion you c05k$ucker. Haha

If you want to watch a good western, checkout Netflix Original “Godless”. Filmed here in Santa Fe. Cinematography is fantastic. My daughter did background work on the picture.

Jeff Daniels is one of the great villains of modern TV — he’s so great,” Touré raves. “I love him. I am afraid of him, I’m afraid for [the women]. He’s this perfect immovable object coming right at this all-female town. I love that clash.”
Dude, "Great fing Flick".

Truckee was the most annoying runt. Wanted him gone unfortunately he killed his horse.

This has been in my list for years. Glad I finally got around to watching it.

Very much loved Godless, finished it last week.
But then I just discovered Yellowstone, I know, I’m late to the party on Yellowstone, it’s incredible.

Not very believable for many reasons. I watched it mainly just starved for westerns.

Good show

If you like Sci Fi, Fantasy try The Outpost on Prime.

Jessica Green!...holy mother of God! 😉
