Yeah, WTH?Not sure why the game got taken off of LHN. They are showing the spring game. Makes no sense.
Good come back for the sweep! Our women's softball team also rallied late to beat host Washington in the Seattle regional. Our lady Horns are now in the final for the regional!
That, and Schlossnagle goes to aggy and wins the SEC west in his first year. If Texas were to be looking for a new baseball coach, Schloss is the guy that I would want.
I have never liked him but for good reasons....I agree I wouldn't mind seeing him here.
You are right he did interesting why he did and then going to aggy a few years later....

Agreed. The polls really took it personal when we sh^t the bed with the OSU sweep. 10 to out of the polls. Other than a D2 school. I’ve never seen a 39 win team not host a regional. Pierce is doing everything he can to reinvent the pitching staff (obviously he waited too late). I’ve been watching UT baseball for a long time. Pitching is sketchy but this team has the brass to win it all.
We are very talented and this is probably our best offense team. Most homeruns we have ever had and using these bbcor bats. But worst pitching I have ever seen....it's going to be interesting where we go for a regional.
Agree. The two places that I don't really want to go to are LSU or aggy.

Disagree. Texas will hit and score runs. IMO the issue will be when we see a good hitting team, with the way things are with the pitching staff unless they somehow pull a rabbit out of a hat, we're in trouble. The bullpen is especially bad.
It will take an elite arm, or an above average arm having an elite command kind of day to stymie this offense. Good pitching on just a good day will still give up 5-6 runs to this group. You expect to win when you score 6
Yeah. He’s not gonna pitch again till next Friday or Saturday, so you could go a little longer with him than maybe they would normally
Probably need to beat TCU to have a chance to get in to the top 16 host sites for the 1st round regional next week.
It's idiotic that Texas is having to win any games to be a regional host, but you're right.
