Struggling With Mid-Section Belly Fat?

Consider targeting mid-section fat with AOD 9604 and or Tesamorelin peptides. Whether you’re dealing with the frustration of a "spare tire" or looking to reduce health risks associated with visceral fat, these peptides provide a targeted, science-backed approach to fat loss. I use them for my patients who aren’t morbidly obese and thus do not need general weight loss but rather desire stubborn mid-section weight loss.

AOD 9604, a modified fragment of human growth hormone, specifically targets fat breakdown in the abdominal area. It works by mimicking the fat-burning effects of growth hormone, increasing lipolysis (the breakdown of fat), and decreasing lipogenesis (the formation of new fat).

Conversely, Tesamorelin is a growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog that stimulates the pituitary gland to release more growth hormone. This leads to increased fat burning, improved metabolism, and reduced abdominal fat.
Both peptides improve metabolism and explicitly target visceral fat deposits. This helps you achieve a flatter, healthier midsection and reduces your risk of diabetes and heart disease. They work independently, but these peptides offer a one-two punch for mid-section fat loss, giving you the tools to sculpt your body, boost your confidence, and enhance your overall health.

These peptides offer a targeted and practical approach to mid-section weight loss, helping you achieve the desired results.

Checking in "Behind Enemy Lines"

Oklahoma (271 days until)

  1. RECRUITING - Felix Ojo, 2026 Tackle: From a recruiting standpoint, Ojo has a few schools that have long been at the top of his list. Oklahoma was one of his earliest offers, and he visited Norman three times in the calendar year 2024. But he's also been high on Texas and Ohio State for quite a while, and a few other top-tier programs are entering the picture.
    • “I’d say Michigan has made me feel like a priority, Ohio State, Texas, OU, Ole Miss and Florida," Ojo said. "I’m gonna try to hit Notre Dame soon, and Ole Miss and Florida. Just schools that I haven’t been to, really. Right now, in this January time, it’s me really taking [trips to] schools I haven’t been to. Schools I already have been to, I have a mental memory of what it’s like. And I’m probably going to return back during OV season and maybe spring.”
    • “I’d say OU, relationally, they’ve been great," Ojo observed Saturday. "Coach Newsome at Michigan, he’s been great. Coach Flood at Texas, been building a great relationship with him.”
  2. PORTAL - Denver Harris, CB UTSA: Harris visited Oklahoma on Saturday. "The former five-star CB has spent one season apiece at Texas A&M, LSU and UTSA. This, to say the least, would be a calculated gamble on Oklahoma’s part if they made the decision to take Harris." - Parker Thune
Georgia (306 days until)
  1. PORTAL TALK - WIDE RECEIVER RAMPAGE: Georgia lost RaRa Thomas and Colbie Young due to off-field issues, they now lose Arian Smith and Dominic Lovett due to graduation, all while High-end recruit Nitro Tuggle jumped in the portal for a swift day. Georgia will return starters Dillon Bell and 2023 transfer London Humphries who caught 58 passes combined.
    • Zachariah Branch, USC: "Branch returned kicks/punts for 774 yards and two touchdowns during his debut season. He earned the Jet Award for the nation's top returner and was USC's first true freshman All-American. On offense, the fast 5-foot-10, 175-pound receiver caught 78 passes for 823 yards and three touchdowns. He rushed for 87 yards and another touchdown during his two seasons."
    • Noah Thomas, Texas A&M: "At 6-foot-6 and 200 pounds, Thomas was the leading receiver last year for the Aggies with 39 catches for 574 yards and eight touchdowns."
    • Talyn Taylor, Geneva, Ill: I was personally able to watch Taylor while down in Jacksonville for the Rivals Five-Star event last summer, he is SPECIAL... "Taylor posted some very impressive numbers as a senior in high school. He led Geneva High with 84 receptions for 1,617 yards and 24 touchdowns, along with 574 kick return yards."
  2. PORTAL DEPARTURE - Damon Wilson, EDGE: There are unconfirmed reports on DawgVent that Ohio State insiders are rescinding their Ohio State projections after a Missouri visit. There are rumors of Texas making a call on Damon Wilson, however, Missouri is a "big player".
Arkansas (313 days until)
  1. PORTAL TALK - ROHAN JONES: Jones was named an honorable mention AP FCS All-American for his efforts, which included a three-catch, 19-yard, one-touchdown outing in the FCS Championship game against North Dakota State on Jan. 6. Before Montana State, Jones spent two seasons at Maine.
  1. RECRUITING - Ben Congdon, 2026 Tackle: "Congdon’s visit to Arkansas went really well but it’s still very early in his recruitment so favorites are not being named yet. Still, his time in Fayetteville couldn’t have been better as coach Sam Pittman told the three-star offensive lineman from Zoarville (Ohio) Tuscarawas Valley that he was better than a lot of the guys he coached at Georgia and position coach Eric Mateos had a great connection with him as well."
  2. LOL FROM THE CROWD - Know your Role: An Arkansas (Hawg Beat) Poster, asked the question "How close are the Hogs from being a CFP team?"
    • Top Comment: "Brother we went 6-6 this year"
    • Next Comment: "If by close you mean not close, we are so close."
    • Next Comment: "We don't have the head coach for it, even to slip into the playoff. So I don't know if that's "not close" or "light years away". We're not light years away in talent to make the playoff, but we're light year's away in game breakers, defensive studs, pass rush and head coach."
    • Favorite Comment: "Don’t hide it divide it. As long as Pitt is coach you have to be smoking good stuff to think about College playoffs."

  2. Tai'yion King Junior Day Recap: Do you have a timeline for your recruitment?
"No, not at the current moment, but I can definitely feel things starting to narrow down for me now that I’m a junior. I’m taking everything in, evaluating my options, and really trying to figure out what’s the best fit for me. Ideally, I’d love to have everything figured out before my senior season, so I can go into that year focused and ready for what comes next."
  3. Jackson Cantwell Junior Day Recap: “I had a good time,” Cantwell said. I liked the coaches a lot and they seem like great developers. Enjoyed the facilities and their culture as well.” - “There’s definitely not a lot of Ivy League background guys in the SEC. Elko seems to be a solid ball coach and leader to me.”

A Couple of 2024 Longhorns Season Thoughts

1)
The 2024 Longhorns' overall team stat numbers will be larger than years past for obvious reasons, they played a couple extra games compared to previous seasons. One of the biggest takeaways from the season has to be the Defense - after losing 4 players to the NFL Draft (Sweat, Murphy, Ford, and Watts) and 3 more to the Portal, Terrance Brooks (Illinois), Jalen Catalon(UNLV), and Jerrin Thompson (Auburn). I'm not saying the Portal guys were a big loss, however,r 2 of the 3 had more than 50 tackles for their respective teams.

Texas played with 7 defenders who were "new" starters and the defense got better, despite leveling up in competition and joining the SEC. Since Pete Kwiatkowski took over as the Defensive Coordinator, the defense has more than chopped the points allowed in HALF. Finishing 4th overall in College Football in 2024, just 3 years after finishing 99th overall.

2024 Points Allowed: 15.3 ppg (2nd in SEC)
2023 Points Allowed: 18.9 ppg (1st in Big 12)
2022 Points Allowed: 21.6 ppg (2nd in Big 12)
2021 Points Allowed: 31.1 ppg (8th in Big 12)

2) Quinn Ewers is a really good Quarterback, but it's completely okay to understand that he has been Injured A LOT while at Texas, Seemingly Lost his Moxy sometime after the Alabama game in 2023, and Has had the highest expectations in a major sport for player since maybe Bryce Harper? He simply can't win the BIG Game when it's nut-cuttin' time. In games that Quinn threw the football 39+ times, he is 1-7. In all other games, he's 26-2. Other comparable players that made it to National Title Games are as follows

Joe Burrow was 6-0
Trevor Lawrence was 6-1
Michael Penix was 15-6
Bryce Young was 5-4
Max Duggan was 2-1
Mac Jones was 2-1
Tua Tagovailoa was 1-1
J.J. McCarthy was 0-0
Stetson Bennett was 1-2
Quinn Ewers was 1-7
Justin Fields was 0-1
Jake Fromm was 0-3

Quinn will finish his career 11-9 in ranked games. He is 3-6 in Top 10 match-ups

- L vs. 1. Alabama (-1) in 2022 (injured)
- L at 11. Oklahoma State (-7) in 2022
- L vs. 4. TCU (-7) in 2022
- L (N) vs. 12. Washington (-7) in 2022
- L (N) vs. 12. Oklahoma (-4) in 2023
- L (N) vs. 2. Washington (-6) in 2023
- L vs. 5. Georgia (-15) in 2024
- L (N) vs. 5. Georgia (-3) in 2024
- L (N) vs. 6. Ohio State (-14) in 2024

He also WON 11 ranked games, only THREE came against a team INSIDE the Top 10

- W at 13. Kansas State (+7) in 2022
- W at 3. Alabama (+10) in 2023
- W vs. 24. Kansas (+26) in 2023
- W vs. 25. Kansas State (+3) in 2023
- W (N) vs. 19. Oklahoma State (+28) in 2023
- W at 10. Michigan (+19) in 2024
- W (N) vs. 18. Oklahoma (+31) in 2024
- W at 25. Vanderbilt (+3) in 2024
- W at 20. Texas A&M (+10) in 2024
- W (N) vs. 13. Clemson (+14) in 2024
- W (N) vs. 10. Arizona State (+8) in 2024

This in no way is targeted at being negative toward Quinn, it's just rationalizing what we witnessed the last two seasons.. falling short. Quinn is a very good college quarterback, however, he was never ELITE, and that's okay. Quinn Ewers led Texas back to National relevance. PERIOD. Quinn is a Legend in Longhorns lore, for bringing Texas to the National Semi-Finals in back-to-back Seasons and multiple weeks as the No. 1 team in America. Being the Best on the singular day that the BEST is needed is a difficult thing and never guaranteed, you have to be proud and appreciative for what has been accomplished.

3. Breakouts and Borderline Breakout Players... for the future
  • Jerrick Gibson: 78 carries, 377 yards, 4 touchdowns (4.8 yards per carry)
  • Ryan Wingo: 29 receptions, 472 yards, 2 touchdowns (5 carries, 100 yards)
  • DeAndre Moore: 39 receptions, 456 yards, 7 touchdowns
  • Liona Lefau: 63 tackles, 5 TFLs, 2 sacks, 1 interception
  • Colin Simmons: 48 tackles, 14 TFLs, 9 sacks, 1 interception
  • Jelani McDonald: 33 tackles, 1 TFL, 1 interception
4. Busts and Underwhelming Situations... for the future
  • Johntay Cook: Departed Mid-Season
  • Amari Niblack: 5 receptions, 33 yards
  • DJ Campbell: Splitting Snaps with Cole Hutson all season
  • Derek Williams: 11 tackles (INJURED)
  • Cedric Baxter: (INJURED)
