We played a garbage non conference schedule, but last 2 weeks were great wins from where we were 2 years ago. Solid D and they play hard - will take some turnovers to compete with UT and OU, but we should compete well in all the others.

I just checked the remainder of their schedule. If they beat TT and OSU they will be 7/0 before their last by bye week. But it seems bottom heavy. WV and TCU don't appear to be very good this year.
But here's the thing. If they do all that they'll be 9/0 and the 10th and 11th games will be be OK and TX both in Waco. Oh and you're right about the non con schedule. Somewhere in Mount Vernon, TX Art Briles is smiling with approval.

Realistically, 10 pts is way too much. They only won by 12 in the CCG. The only way they win by double digits again is to repeat this statistic:

Most of the penalties came on the nebulous pass interference calls which were complete bullshit. Will the Big 12 have the balls to do it again? We will see.... If they don't get the calls, it will be a close game. The Texas defense does not know how to put away opponents. 10.5 - 12 pts is way too many imo.

I like LSU on the money line and to cover. I think KState, OU, & Baylor all cover. The Minnesota money line is an intriguing high reward, low risk bet.
Bravvion Roy is the BU nose tackle - listed as questionable. If he can't go full strength, this will be a huge loss for the Bears. The backup NT has already been ruled out. Roy is a load, and was named mid season all American, whatever that is, but point is he clogs the line. TCU is down to their 12th string QB, so we can expect a ton of 240 lb tailback runs up the middle. Plus Patterson has had our number. I'm staying away from this one.
I hate to say it, but I'm loading up on KSU. They seem to be rounding in to form, at the time the Horns are rounding out of form. 7.5 seems way out of whack.
