Note that this has to be human, so no Bugs Bunny, Mickey Mouse, Donald the Duck, Winnie the Pooh, Pink Panther, Yogi Bear, Roadrunner, Woody Woodpecker, Garfield, Felix the Cat, Tweety Bird, etc. It has to be male, so no Betty Boop, Lola Bunny, Wednesday Adams, or Jessica Rabbit. It has to be American, so no Japanese anime like Cardcaptor Sakura or Marvin the Martian. It can't be a robot so no Optimus Prime, and must be currently alive so no Casper or Space Ghost. Also can't be a sponge.

Maybe I am reaching to call George Jetson an American, as he lives in Orbit City, but that doesn't preclude Orbit City being an American city. George speaks English with an American accent. Jonny Quest is clearly an American, his dad, Dr. Benton C. Quest works for the US Government and is a US citizen. Rick and Morty's house is in Washington state and the mother was born in Muskegon, Michigan.
