Kyle Flood is doing work again this year. If we can’t find 5 guys that can block out of these last 2 classes then I don’t what to do.
Yes...but Texas has more to offer than most. Good wants to play with good so that is a good situation to be in, but let's not act like he got offered more somewhere else and wanted to play with Arch instead. It's a good get no matter how you slice it. It's the time of the NIL so we all don't need to act like deals aren't about money these days. Congrats however he was lured there.
I hope we can get these monsters in gear and steamroll these punks in the B12.Yes. He gets a guaranteed 50k as do all other OL when they enroll and play football at Texas. His hypothetical NIL possibilities are probably pretty high too.
I don’t know what’s worse. The state of college football as the wild Wild West or fans thinking every single croot that didn’t go where they thought said croot should go is getting $10M.
Hope is not a plan! The Defending Big XII Champion Baylor Bears will show up on November 26!I hope we can get these monsters in gear and steamroll these punks in the B12.
I absolutely cannot stop laughing! 👍After spending all that money they're broke 😂
All those aggy recruits chose a&m just only because of "traditions" and the facilities, remember? And maybe a big Freebirds burrito. 🤣No one here is claiming that NIL isn't playing a big part in Texas' class. The only fans and coach who get butt hurt about NIL are aggys. The ridiculous class that a&m signed last year was hugely a result of NIL. Why does that bother a&m fans and Fisher when people state that fact?

Might surprise you. 😉Two schools that have a rich history of being putt on probation for illegally paying players are now the high and mighty of college football. What a world! 😂 😂 😂
I mean what out of state recruit doesn’t grow up dreaming of playing football at a school no one’s ever heard of and living in beautiful college station!!All those aggy recruits chose a&m just only because of "traditions" and the facilities, remember? And maybe a big Freebirds burrito. 🤣
That's the 2 they are talking about. If we land those 2 then we likely end up with a top 3 class when it's all said and done. We need Hill more than we need Toviano in my opinion.Toviano and Hill? I don’t have 247 acct.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought Toviano was down to A&M and Michigan. I would still be MILDLY shocked if Hill went to Texas. BUT, I was 80-20 A&M sure a couple of months ago knowing the family, but now I'm more like 60-40 A&M. Would Gullete(sp?) be one they are talking about?Toviano and Hill? I don’t have 247 acct.

Toviano hasn’t made a final list yet. As for Hill it seems to be 50-50 between A&M and Texas for that one.Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought Toviano was down to A&M and Michigan. Now that everyone can do it, they're like:Two schools that have a rich history of being put on probation for illegally paying players are now the high and mighty of college football. What a world! 😂 😂 😂

Didn’t Arch get dropped to No. 2 on one of the recruiting services? Recruiting is really heating up and getting interesting. Some real eye opening about to happen imo.Great article about Payton Kirkland’s commitment. The Arch effect is real and seems like recruits really want to play with the kid. I’ve never seen anything like it before. I wonder if VY had the same effect in his class as the #1 recruit out of HS.
Mother of 4* OL Payton Kirkland on why her son chose Texas:
“This school is really the one we both agreed on,” Veronica said. “For me, we already know they have history. They have a big history. If you are playing football you need to be in two states, you need to be in Texas and you need to be in Florida and we’ve already been in Florida. For me it’s Arch, Arch Manning. If he’s No. 1, then you should be where he is. To me that’s the way it should be. If my son considers himself to be the best, he needs to go where the most smoke is to me.”

I don't think we will ever recover. The horror
If anybody is a fan of the "The Office", one of the funnier things I remember is Andy telling Dwight, "You are the deuce, I never want to drop". Like Dwight, Arch is the deuce we never want to dropESPN dropped him to number 2.
If you go by their average composite score they are around 15th right now. Some of the teams below them right now have a higher average but have less recruits so it's dragging them down a bit.Looks like OU recruiting has picked up. They should be firmly in the top 7/8 when all is said and done.
Any news on the Pool Party from whenever it was?
Any timeline on players we are targeting and when they will commit? I know Baxter is August 10. I haven't seen anyone else.
Ha I’d be willing to bet OU’s NIL foot print per player is considerably lower than that the teams at the top right now. I say right now because I think OU will be up at the top before this recruiting class is overIf you go by their average composite score they are around 15th right now. Well, he just committed to A&M so there goes that one! It's never over until it's over, but I will take it.I've got an update on the pool party...
I’d like to put my crystal ball in for Anthony Hill. I think at this point he’s coming to Texas if he is but maybe not if he isnt. That'll be $9.95 please. Venmo and PayPal accepted.
