and while that would absolutely suck, it would benefit UT long term in expediting the removal a failing coach and staff.
I put more blame on the defense this year. The offense hasn’t been great by any means but they have scored enough points for us to be at least 5-1 this year.

it doesn't matter. o or d or st, this is an average team and it has been that or worse for a decade. texas is not in ou's league. not really. ga, al, clemson, ou and osu are just on a different level. texas has won 3 total big xii titles? ever?! ou on the other hand has won most of them and about to be 5 straight.

Well after the Sugar Bowl victory last year the team seemed like it had turned a corner. I knew coming into the season the defense was gonna be young and inexperienced: I’m gonna wait to see how the season plays out before I give up on Herman just yet.

Just push reset and start over. It pisses me off to no end how close Texas was to getting Saban about eight years ago. You gotta wonder, "what if". Not even sure what direction to go after this crap. A loss is the best thing for Texas. It's time to move on from Herman.
I completely understand your position, and I am not trying to rub it in. I commend you, ahead of time, for keeping your word.
I am with you, man. It's hard for me to give up on Herman just yet, but, I am in no thinking mood right now. We are past the half way point in the season and I always like to see how a team improves by season's end. Charlie never improved when looking at the last game to the first. Technically, we can still end well.
Pooka has rushed for 190 yards at 7.5 yards a touch. Whomever tried to say our DL wasn't trash has some splainin' to do.
Galindo and Brooks are exceptionally bad tonight. Blowing this KU qb like he’s the 2nd coming is nauseating.
