Terrible decision. This entire process was a sham. We are looking at a 7-5 season next year at best. And then...well, he broke in a new QB, he needs another year because there aren't any sure fire options out there. Then another 9 win season with a bowl win and see, progress. Herman is figuring it out. Then all the expectations and schedule lining up perfectly only to blow 2-3 games late and another 8 win season.

First of all a 9-10 million dollar at the end of nest year is easier to swallow, there is no coach out there that you can get today that you can’t get next year, and you can take another run at Urban. Maybe he says no again but my bet is they make a run at him again
