Is there a more appropriate forum for recipes? Ha! We should be talking more food than politics.
Anyway, this is what i did today. Slow cooker chili:
1. 2 alarm chili kit from HEB
2. 1.25 lbs of ground sirloin
3. .75 lbs of smoked brisket from The Pit Room (Houston, TX)
4. 1 can of diced tomatoes and chiles (Rotel)
5. 1 can of tomato sauce
6. 1 can of St. Arnold's Christmas Ale / 1 can water
7. 2 squares of 70% cacao baking chocolate (semi-sweet)
8. Slow cook for 8 hours
We'll see how it works out!
