I haven't taken the option out of anyone's hands. I simply have my own thoughts that probably don't align perfectly with anyone else's.

The most discouraging thing about the Texas baseball program is that it was allowed to go on like this as long as it has. Augie should have been fired before now. So let's just do it.
Briles has been dirty his whole career. Rumors of heavy steroid use at Stephenville were probably true. This takes the shine off those high school state championship teams and all that he did at Baylor. The guy is an arrogant jerk that was willing to do whatever it takes to win.

Great INXS list. I'm a bit older and started on Listen Like Thieves, but we rocked Kick for a long time too. Underrated band. Hard to believe it's been 20 years. What a dumb way to die.
Totally get this viewpoint. I have a daughter that is now 16 and you start to see it everywhere!!! It is pushed on kids today from every possible angle.
I think it feels that way because you feel so much buildup and so much is still left untold that you literally can't wait until next weeks episode

Ketch, I would like to hear your thoughts on Jake had he returned to the team. Do you think he would have been the starting center against ND? I don't. Zach, while inexperienced, is just a bigger, better football player. Jake would have been great insurance, but I can't see him beating out Zach after this spring.
I think Shack would be starting at left guard and Raulerson would be the center.
I think this board completely overrates Shack at this point.

Let's say Hudson comes in and locks down the left guard spot. Who's the center? I agree a lot of stock has been put in on Shack, but why should we have any confidence in Jake? Does Jake beat him out?

I think both are probably just ok players at this point. I can't justify confidence in either player.
I think Jake would be the starter.
