Well if he didn't do it great. This girl is bad news.and she has done a lot of damage to his reputation that won't go away anytime soon. I feel sorry for him.

The problem with this is that sexual assault victims that are really victims will come under unfair scrutiny and that is a shame. If this girl just filed for revenge at being dumped she should be brought up on charges and maybe even be registered as a sex offender.

If this is BS, as it seems. The girls name just needs to come out. That would be punishment enough. She would have to transfer. She would be hated and seen as an ungrateful whore. No need for any punishment beyond letting the sun shine on all the evidence.
I’d be pretty pissed if I was him because no doubt if he goes pro at some point he’ll be asked about this by prospective teams.

there needs to be some sort of penalty for her if this is as bogus and mean-spirited as it seems. this guy's name is smeared, as somebody else said, for life. they will talk about it at the rose bowl. they will talk about it in draft circles. they will talk about it at some point during his nfl career, and barring that, some jerk will mention it around the office when he is in life after football. somebody pop her with a "filing a false police report" or whatever the correct equivalent is.
and i'm sorry, because i've enjoyed watching some of these pompous hollywood types get their just due, but somebody is going to get falsely accused of that stuff, too, just by some woman that was scorned or looking to make a name for herself by any means. again, the matt lauers, kevin spaceys, etc.,-- most of them look guilty as sin, but there are those that just flat deny it, and i hope they find a way to prove it (i know, can't prove a negative).
