US Sen. John Fetterman checks into hospital for clinical depression
According to a statement from his office, Fetterman has experienced depression off and on throughout his life but it only became severe in recent weeks.

1. The most important thing is that I pray Senator Fetterman recovers. Depression is a monster.
2. This will bolster the argument that perhaps he should not have run for the Senate, given both his stroke, and the revelation of depression, from which he has suffered off and on for years. But no one should gloat over this. It's sad.
