Right after the Chinese Foreign Ministry announced that the US and China were resolving the issue of the underwater drone event and that hyping the issue will not be helpful, what did the the cheeto do? Of course he sent out this absurd tweet complete with a misspelling of the word "precedent." Mad genius or embarrassing moron? Well, the majority of Americans know the answer to that.
