Doesn't all of this highlight the monumental mistake of us not going after a highly ranked JUCO QB with experience in a similar offense? Looks like the difference between 2 or 3 wins this year which is big. It would have given Sam and Shane time to be groomed and kept the defense from stacking the box.

So is it correct that both quarterbacks threw to first- and second-team receivers, or that one quarterback works exclusively with the ones and the other works exclusively with the twos? Because both of those assertions can't be correct, and only one of them is supported by video/eyes on evidence.

I suspect that if Tyrone performs as he has in the past (deer in headlights), the boos will not be directed at him -- they will be directed at Charlie and Sterling. But less at Sterling, because he doesn't know what Charlie should know. I went from thinking that Texas could go 8-4 to now thinking 6-6 is optimistic. With Swoopes as QB, or at least as starting as QB when the frosh needs the reps, tell me how we beat ND, Cal, OSU, ou, TCU, and yes, even Tech on the road. With a suspect O-line and D-line, and dinged top 2 RBs? Yes, the backups are solid, but how are they going to beat gang tackles? I'm waiting...

well, it's not an accident that some of the people that really take nasty little digs are motivated by social matters they think I'm way off on.

besides the champions league run They almost won the league a few years ago. I don't see them competing for the top spot the year as that is unrealistic to expect, but I've seen several predictions of "Top 4", and wouldn't be surprised if they managed that. They have their best manager in a very long time who seems keen on being around for awhile and really building a team. They are on the way up.
