It'll be part of the quest this week from a reporting stand point.I would very much like to hear about bowl practices as well
Might not be much news out there right now

That's a great call. The Apartment is definitely a Christmas movie
There's definitely a Christmas message at the end of Bad Santa!@Ketchum great Christmas movie list with one exception. Not a Bad Santa fan at all, and frankly if you're saying Die Hard doesn't have "Christmas Spirit" I don't know how Billy Bob Thornton sodomizing shoppers in the changing room gets it in contention.
Didn't hate the movie, and it had its moments, but not a Christmas classic in my mind. Maybe - in honor of your avatar - consider A Charlie Brown Christmas.
It's so close they can taste it.The ladies on this volleyball team are some big bad boss ladies!!!! Good luck ladies. Bring back the gold
Die hard x Christmas message is that of the importance of family
forever working on it. As soon as we have info, we post it.Any news on our committs that went to Houston should we worry? Home Alone will always be my number one Christmas movie.
Yes, I meant running backs.@Ketchum, did you mean Bijan is one of the top 3 or 4 RBs in Texas history? Because you said he was one of the top 3 or 4 players in UT history. And he’s not.
I haven't seen that movie. It's funny, there are always so many movies that I haven't seen, no matter how many I've seen.Havent seen all of them but Ive learned to trust your judgement after 20 plus years and its hard to shoot holes through any of them possibly outside of the Ref. My favorite movie of all ime is We're no Angels - The Humphrey Bogart, Peter Ustinov, Aldo Ray, Basil Rathbone, Joan Bennett version of 1954 - not that mess that DeNiro and Penn trotted out several years ago.
Otherwise your list as stellar- Maybe as stellar as Its ever been- I salute you sir
They aren't going to abandon Quinn, but they can't put their head in the sand, either. To bad he didn't have that same attitude in the regular season with the season on the line multiple times!! To me as I said in Anwar's article this morning. You might as well start Murphy to see what he has!
That's a great suggestion. Don't think I have ever done that.Totally agree with the number 1 on your list for Christmas movies! (Rest of the article was great as well). Random thought/request, was talking with the wife from nam earlier this week about our favorite female country artists (we had just watched a Reba documentary she was our clear number 1) and got me to thinking I would love to see your top 10 list of female country artists if you hadn’t done that already.
I believe this is the one and only time that i totally agree with @Ketchum top 10 list. Live it up big guy!
1,000,000-percent agreedSolid Christmas Movie list. The Ref has one of the best lines in movie history…”You’re husband ain’t dead lady; he’s hiding.”
Definite heist movieDie Hard is a great movie about a bank robbery. It happens to take place around the Holidays.
we're never going to report anything.... EVER!!!!!Any behind the scenes word that we will get on Bowl practices or just more of the same radio silence?
I'll give them a look in the next two weeks.Ketch, I don't know if you've ever seen Fred Claus or Four Christmases but if not you need to add them to your watch list. Really funny movies that I think you would love
“ Along with the upcoming bowl workouts, Murphy will have every opportunity this spring to prove that he should be the player that should be given the keys to the 2023 offense,”,1. What don't you believe?
2. agreed to some degree.
3. correct
It'll be fascinating to see where the team goes from here. Can you just run it back for the next four years? There is a reason we cant put the ball into the back of the net and its foundation is an inability to play make to our competition. This is level 2 from one of the team’s physical trainers who lives in OC. There is frustration on the team with coaching.
What does that mean? Good as in good... or good compared to expectations?Just saw “A Christmas Story Christmas.” Was a lot better than I expected.
Thanks for the info. The loaning the apartment out to his bosses part and falling in love with Shirley McLain (sp) part I remember. It was the connection to the holidays that I had forgotten. I don't think I've seen the movie more than a couple of times since it came out.Jack Lemmon loans his apartment out to his bosses to have extramarital affairs with staffers. One guy brings the girl home that Jack Lemmon likes. She takes a bunch of stuff she wasn’t supposed to and gets stuck at his apartment through the holidays and they fall in love.
I'll need to do a lot of movie watching this week.@Ketchum Do another Christmas movie list of movies since 2010. There’s so much new content out there that won’t break the all time list but it’d be fun to check out more of the newer ones.
It's just the best.I agree with “It’s a Wonderful Life” , sir!
🙃
bingoUh, no. Was George saying "Happy New Year" when he was running through the town or "Merry Christmas"?
Yeesh. That didn't hold up well at all.I pretty much stopped paying attention to the Heisman after Gino Torretta beat out Marshall Faulk in 1992.
Not for me.A bad mom's Xmas over love actually or maybe the ref
It's weird considering how he treated it last year. Maybe he was trying to do the opposite of that failed approach.I simply think Sarkisian’s approach to the quarterback position this season has been uuterly ridiculous. We played 12 games, and Ewers had six good quarters. Half a game against Bama and a sterling game against OU, the rest being no more than mediocre. Yet with all of the poor play and countless stray passes, he stuck with the guy. It would be almost impossible to believe that kind of unwarranted loyalty didn’t effect the morale of the rest of the team. They saw the same crappy performances the rest of us did. He had a quick hook to use on most other positions, but the QB spot seemed untouchable.
which is weird because it was a debacle for everyone on the team.Just a guess, but maybe Sark just never got over Card's Arkansas debacle.
We're on page five you're the first to mention it. 🤷♂️Any Christmas Movie list without White Christmas is useless.
gotchaKetch it's just my opinion based on his past history
Hadn't really given much thought to the team this morning.Whats everyone's thoughts on the basketball team now that beard just got arrested?
Very dark comedy. Will have to check out the ref, can't say I've seen that one
“ Along with the upcoming bowl workouts, Murphy will have every opportunity this spring to prove that he should be the player that should be given the keys to the 2023 offense,”
I don’t believe that Maalik has much of a chance to be given the keys to the 2023 offense based on any Bowl or spring or fall camp workouts. QE will have to 1. Screw up big in real 2023 games - not just work outs , 2. be injured, or 3. have behavioral issue to lose the job to Maalik.
Sark will stick with QE for 2023 barring the above.
would definitely make my next 10.Hello? Dickens' A Christmas Carrol with George C. Scott?
