Thanks for reporting what you hear. I agree that is your job. It's a bummer that some choose to shoot the messenger. On the other hand, I have no issue with those who think the coaches or your sources might be overconfident, and that is on the coaches/sources, not you.

It's too early to tell where things stand, but I feel you.

I don't know much about rap. e.g. based on Eminem's Slim Shady song, I thought Dr Dre was dead. Then he shows up rappin' with Snoop in the LA Olympics show.

Now I am fully expecting Kobe Bryant to show up playing DB for us based on utx's post earlier. Life's a challenge when you are an out of touch old man like me.

Call me crazy, but I'd like to start hearing more about Quinn Ewers kicking ass and taking names as the season approaches. This team will only go so far as his right arm takes it and I haven't had anyone mention that they believe that Ewers is performing at a newfound elite ability. It certainly didn't happen in the first scrimmage. Here's hoping that a higher level of play arrives soon

#5 Ketch, that is an interesting and good data point regarding high-level NFL development of elite OL recruits that contrasts Coach Flood and Coach Bedenbaugh.

Flood has NFL coaching experience. Bedenbaugh doesn't.
Flood coaches more of a pro system. Bedenbaugh coaches a college air raid system.
