Nothing like that last swallow! and then the fun starts....about a hour, you should start "Shittin like a Pet Coon"!...lol! and then when ya get back to ya room you'll be Farting like the "Orange Blossom Special" come down the tracks....nothing to it Hill you'll be ok

Well....... How'd it go?
Prep wasn't too bad, but my water bill will be higher from the flushing.
Procedure went well. It was Friday and 2 nurses were having fun joking around. After that, I woke up all finished. 4 polyps and a touch of diverticulosis. need more fiber.
Get results of polyps next week.
Guys, your tips from experience sure helped. Thanks!. I'd always been nervous about this test.
Hook em Horns.

The main issue is our diet. We need more unprocessed food.

Eat plenty of whole grains. Beans & peas. Veggies. Nuts & seeds. Raspberries and other fruit.

Ease up some on the meat & dairy. Replace milk with almond & soy. Eat yogurt now and then.

Get used to the taste of individual foods, and learn to like those tastes, rather than covering it over with sugar and salt. If you need sweets, add fruit and occasionally a little honey.

If you're not going to do that, then adding a supplement like fiber powder makes sense. But you're going to miss all sorts of nutrients (and tastes and ultimately enjoyment).

Rather than going on a strict diet, try adding more good, healthy food to what you eat. It'll gradually push out the calories you're getting from unhealthy food. You'll get healthier (and lose weight) without hardly trying. I lost 40 pounds that way, while gaining muscle from non-exercise activity. (Gained 10 back, though, as I eased up on the extra veggies.) My irregular heart beat and high blood pressure went away, too.

I agree with you on some of that, but, I still gotta have my Biscuits and Gravy and Fried eggs every now and then with hot grits...and a couple of strips of bacon,,LOL

I get that. That's why I'm saying you don't have to go on a strict diet. Just be aware of how healthy a food is, and limit your portions of the bad stuff that still makes you happy. Being happy is good for you, too.

I did some research on my own to find the correlation between types of foods and age at death. It found that pork is the worst meat to consume, followed by beef, then chicken, then fish. Interesting that this matches what doctors and scientists have been telling us.

Now, have I eaten bacon since then? Yes, but less. Have I eaten burgers? Sure, still fairly often, but I'm sometimes picking the chicken or fish. I hardly ever used to.

Just be aware of what's healthy, and with each bite, decide, "Do I really want this to become part of my body?" That may be a bit much for some people, but hey, if you want me to say something at your final adios, just let me know!

Losing weight, its not what ya eat, its how much ya eat, a lot of people lost a lotta weight by gontrolling their portion rather than cutting foods the Medical world tells ya too, For example the ones that tell you what foods to eat are the on's that told the world that BBQ causes Cancer, so that means about 99% of Texas has Cancer now, I am a Diabetic and I know whats good and not but, i eat what I want, but, I don't eat a lot and I lose weight, qs far as my Funeral, well Ya might say HOOK"EM HORNS ! for me...LOL, my song will be Willie Nelson's "No one But Me

I do my best to eat healthy 5 out of seven days. I eat more grilled chicken salads than I'd care to admit. I started doing this in my 30s. I hated it. I miss the days when I could go to UR COOKS and get the 50 ounce sirloin and plow that like a porn star gang bang.

But for the fact that I drink Belgian beer multiple nights a week, I would probably weigh 225. But I freaking love Belgian beer so I weigh 250.
