If you really do, then start here:
1. Pelosi, Schumer, McConnell, McCarthy - all step down now. You've been here too long and are too steeped in you party politics to contribute. Retire. Go live the good life somewhere. God knows you can now all afford it. Let a new generation step up.
2. Implement term limits, at least for leadership positions. Entrenched power brokers is where bad government begins.
3. Depoliticize the Supreme Court. Hard to do, but 1 and 2 above might help get us there.
4. De-claw social media's ability to influence elections. Hard to do with 1st Amendment rights but we better find a way or just give in to the fact that they are going to be our new government.
5. De-glorify media political bias just like we de-glorified smoking in this country. Its far more dangerous anyway.
