Good list there Ketchum. I completely forgot about “That’s what friends are for”. It was on the soundtrack to one of the most under-rated movies of the 80’s - Night Shift with Michael Keaton, Henry Winkler and Shelley Long. First date movie at the big picture show in Longview. Those were the days.
I like where you’re going with this, but I sure hope that an 11-2 Big 12 Champion gets into the CFP. Probably not unless we beat Alabama.
Good lists, @Ketchum That’s a lot of work. Would've like to see Tom Sawyer, but that was admittedly a bit before your time. Hard to figure how you left off Your Love by The Outfield. That is puzzling, but I know there are a lot of songs out there. Was it close to Honorable Mention? One of the more popular songs of the 80’s.

I can certainly understand a 9-3 prediction (I’ve been hovering between 9-3 and 10-2 myself). But where you lose me is you think the D will be better, Quinn will have a 155 rating, and throw for 3,900 yards?? I’m telling you right now - if all that happens we are 11-1.

That song list is probably 100x’s harder to make than it looks. I could spend months on that. No way I could criticize your work here. Depending on mood and circumstance at the time of making the list, I can see eye to eye. Great songs are greater when you need them.
Heard somewhere that Bama has 3 of the top 7 recruiting classes OF ALL TIME on their roster right now. I love the Texas team this year, but those talking about UT dominating the lines and winning by double digits at night at their place need to tap the brakes.
