Ketch's 10 Thoughts From The Weekend (Questions, questions and more questions...)

Bernadette Peters was sexy back then.

And, used to cut up pizza and put it in a cup after watching that movie.

Nailed the Steve Martin top 10. 10/10

I’ll even say you got the honorable mentions correct too. Leap of Faith is sneaky good.

I am not going to tout the whole move, Three Amigos. There is some pretty silly stuff that is beyond stupid.

But the "My Little Buttercup" scene in the Mexican bar is quite possibly the funniest, laugh out loud, scene I have ever seen. Ridiculous and hilarious beyond mere words.

Sure, it's possible. We don't yet know that Ewers is better than very good.
Very good??? I don’t think I’m comfortable saying he has ever been very good.

I saw an offense that was constantly unable to push the ball deep with two sub 4.4 first round picks at WR. Ewers inability to push the ball down the field goes against everything Sark wants to do. I just don’t get why everyone is so quick to say Ewers is the guy other than just pure hope. At some point, we need to be able to see if Manning can offer what Ewers can’t.

Ewers made definite progress from 2022 to 2023. There's no reason to think he can't make more progress.

He went from a 130s quarterback to a high 140s/low 160s quarterback. The next step would be to play at a 170-level.

Only one quarterback in Texas history has ever had a season that high (Colt in 2008_).

Well, I’d love to see it but that would have to be one hell of an improvement with the deep ball.

Donald THE best defensive tackle in the history of the sport? You obviously missed Bob Lilly.

There are a number of other close contenders, including Mean Joe Greene and Randy White.
Donald surpassed him.

Dude…you need to give up on the Arch talk…there is absolutely NO WAY Sark ever benches his conference winning and CFP making QB for anyone unless he’s hurt. It has never happened, and it won’t this year. Doesn’t matter if Arch has greater potential..NOT.GOING.TO.HAPPEN.

Thinking it might is being very naive of the history of college football.

Tua literally came in for Hurts in the CFP final. Don’t say it doesn’t happen ever.
