What did you think of the movie - a movie many consider Michael Mann's best film?
@Ketchum SMH, you actually think the the media is actually relevant anymore. Come on bud, you’re smarter than this.
Gundy has been killing it in just Denton alone for the past 5 years. Not recruiting the Metroplex is a crime. No excuses.
That cop was running like it was his fantasy growing up.....dreaming of being an officer on the chase.
So Ketch you think Texas looks like crap on offense in first quarter and in comes Shane?
@Ketchum Make sure you see the Gene Wilder original and not the horrible Johnny Depp version.
As an aside for you Willy Wonka fans in Austin: I keep hearing a radio ad for the Yellow Rose gentleman's club: They are having a Willy Wonka themed party in the near future. One of the owners BD requests. That should be interesting

While I appreciate your honesty, I’m taken aback that a self-proclaimed movie critic has never seen The Searchers, Psycho, Alien, Dances With Wolves, or Old Yeller.
If you’ve seen Avatar, you’ve seen Dances With Wolves, but The Searchers is the greatest western of all time, Alien spawned a significant series of movies, Psycho is historically relevant in how it had done something never done before in movies, and Old Yeller is a movie reference for most everyone of all ages.
You lose critic street cred until you’ve seen these 4.

For real. Very surprised that Ketch hadn’t seen these two along with Heat and Dances with Wolves.
It was really good. A Michael Mann movie all the way.
Yancy has already proven to be different. Did you miss the weight lifts for the team that Tom discussed? Also, forget the fans. The key is the players love him. Never heard any S&C get this much love from the players until Yancy..

a. It's such a Michael Mann movie that it made me dislike Miami Vice even more because it's a total Heat knock-off.
b. Amazing cast.
c. Bobby D. is in the zone. I don't know that I totally bought his relationship, though.
d. I really need to see it again. I'm not convinced after one try that it was an all-timer.
I've seen pieces of both, never the entire movies. For instance, I know almost all of the Princess Bride references.
Cal Ripken was never as good as Emmitt.

Also, the final five minutes of All-Access was focused completely on the subject of the quarterback battle. That's an in-house approved vehicle.
So, which did I misinterpret? Did you not state during the podcast that you think he keeps his job & sell that he’s coaching game 5 in this column?
