man I hope so. My rising Jr has an outside chance to be a mid to high D1 recruit at WR. He is 6’2 180 and runs a legit 4.7. I have asked myself what I would do if he wanted to go somewhere besides Texas which I figure is either a stupid pipe dream or a great problem to have, but I can’t imagine him playing in another color than Burnt Orange if he is good enough to get an offer. Tod is feeling the same way right now.
This is a strange time for parents, for a million reasons. Todd is going to have a lot of internal WTF conversations. Same with you, potentially. ;)

And.... What is the story?:)
Jackson asked Yurcich to give him a reason to stay and Yurcich really didn't have one. Jackson then asked him if he had even bothered to ever watch his high school film and Yurcich allegedly admitted that he had not.

Considering Yurcich had him behind a walk-on in terms of reps with the scout team... that was all he needed to hear.

That is literally amazing!! How is that even possible? Can't wrap my head around that one.

man, considering that Yurcich was on the way out the door when the transfer happened, I almost would think someone with more future relevance to the program could have stepped in on this.

Timing in life is everything.

If Texas had fired Herman during the season or directly afterwards, it might have been the kind of thing that kept that type of scud missile from ever landing.

You should try Crashing on Netflix, a Phoebe Waller Bridge comedy.

All four can be viewed on Netflix.

sometimes an excuse is just the reason why something happens.

Let's not play the pretend game where we can't acknowledge that the last few weeks have been incredibly disruptive.
The majority of the leaders on this team have been playing basketball at Texas for four years under Shaka. Same thing different year! Two close games in a row under the opponents goal two different players inbounding the ball throws it to the other team. Being prepared doesn’t happen in the last few weeks it happens as a culture..

This season will ultimately not remotely be remembered for what has happened in the last few weeks, unless the season keeps getting disrupted.

Shaka is not a good Coach., Equal to Herman middle of the pack Big 12 coach.

Shit like that makes me wonder how/why Herman hired the guy im the first place? He had 5 players on the roster he was responsible for and couldn't even be bothered enough to watch the film of one of the best HS players to ever come out of a powerhouse like Duncanville? Folks on orangefans watch film of every signee on nsd at minimum...for free. This guy got paid God knows how much money to ignore Milroe & Jackson and then catch and release Ewers. It's absolutely mind-bottling someone could do THAT much damage in that short amount of time and that Herman let it happen.
